Thomas is a Swedish national that has lived in Thailand for the past 23 years. Over the last two decades Thomas has managed customer support departments for some of the largest gem and jewelry ecommerce companies. Thomas also has extensive gemstone experience covering all aspects from gemstone sourcing around the world, to direct sales.

In his spare time Thomas enjoys playing football and spending time with his family.
